How to Tune in to Higher Guidance
Dear Meditator,
We have recently
designed the Ananda Meditation website to be more user-friendly,
so if you haven't visited us recently, please do! We have expanded
the Learn to Meditate and Meditation Resources sections,
and made the site much easier to navigate. Also, our new, simpler
web address—learn-meditation.org—makes it easier for you
to share the site with your friends and colleagues.
The theme for
this month's Daily Meditator is "How to Tune Into Higher
Guidance." Paramhansa Yogananda taught that to receive true
guidance, we should meditate first in order to become impartial
and tune into our superconsciousness, or soul nature. The following
excerpts from Swami Kriyananda's books, Intuition for Starters
and Awaken to Superconsciousness describe clearly and
magnetically the art and science of receiving true, intuitive guidance.
